Today’s Gratitude Item: Figuring out how to remove password protection on Excel spreadsheets with the help of Google. It turns out that uploading the document to google, opening it in sheets and then downloading it does the trick. Very occasionally password protecting a critical shared document makes sense but when a copy of the document has been sent to a recipient, leaving it password protected is not at all helpful.
