Sometimes ‘soft and gentle’ is the best option.

Today’s Gratitude Item: Finding an alternative to Trello which gives me a lot more control over what my students can and can’t do on our shared board. Suffice it to say yesterday’s triumph using Trello turned to disaster when one of my students sabotaged our ‘Help Board’ and removed all the other students. It turns out that Trello is too trusting and users can easily change their ‘display name’ making it impossible to figure out who the troll is. Needless to say, this was a lesson learned the hard, painful and time consuming way.
