A bit plain and ‘repetitive’ for my liking.

Today’s Gratitude Item: The prospect of a very nice ‘school lunch’ tomorrow. There was some experimentation with making gluten free quiche this evening and my plan is to enjoy some of said quiche at school tomorrow. It will make a delicious change.
