Today’s Gratitude Item: Having the tools that I need to learn *most* of my student’s names before our first class together. This involves using the photos on our database and spaced repetition flashcard software (which is free). Needless to say, it helps decrease stress and also means my students tend to be more serious about their learning because I know who they are right from the start.
