This one did not take as long to create as one might think.

Today’s Gratitude Item: Managing to help a student get his computer working again. Initially it would not start up (it was a power issue). Removing the battery and power source, holding down the on button for 30 seconds and then putting the battery back and plugging it in fixed the problem. We would never have figured this out without Google. Of course my student gave me far more credit for the fix than I probably deserved. Needless to say, we were both relieved to have the machine back in action.
