Today’s Gratitude Item: Being in the right place at the right time. Had I not been teaching a dance elective today, my group’s precious stereo / speakers would have been lost in a “clean up”. We have permission to store our gear at the local synagogue but I think they had forgotten about this and did not realise what the gear was for / who it belonged to. When I arrived to teach my elective this morning, said gear was in the ‘get rid of it’ pile. Scary stuff! They were terribly apologetic about the mistake – I’m super grateful that disaster was averted.
