A very nice surprise that was a definite ‘keeper’.

Today’s Gratitude Item: F&P have agreed to reimburse us for the repair to our washing machine (the one that was less than 3.5 years old with failed suspension rods). This is a win as it means not having to go to the small claims court. It is great that they responded so quickly to our rather negative feedback. It would, of course, have been better if said feedback had not been necessary.
