Today’s Gratitude Item: Blogging before midnight. The day sort of got away from me. This could have something to do with making matzos for Pesach. As quite a few of my friends / acquaintances are gluten free, I used gluten free flour and happily it worked well – possibly even better than last time around when I used regular flour.
