Today’s Gratitude Item: Being invited to be a journalist for the upcoming Chevra Kadisha Centennial events. This is an amazing opportunity which involves going to a number of cool events over a three day period and then writing about the experience for the magazine that goes out to the members of our Shul. The only problem is that I am not a trained journalist and am now having one of those “I wish I knew what I was doing” moments. Happily, there will also be some real journalists covering the event so I am not totally on my own. It should be fun!
