Today’s Gratitude Item: Getting back to kitchen basics. ie: Quiche reheated in the oven tastes about a million times better than quiche that has been nuked. Judicious nuking to defrost is an easy win, but crisping up in the oven makes all the difference in terms of both taste and texture.
