Today’s Gratitude Item: Getting some fairly hefty marking done. I was relieved that one of my hardest-working students managed to pass. This is one of those times when the final grade does not adequately reflect the effort that went into the task. Happily as teachers we can (and do) write extra feedback that acknowledges those super important things like grit and perseverance.
