Today’s Gratitude Item: Being able to help a friend restore all her Outlook contacts after she got a new computer. Luckily she has a gmail account and pretty much all the contacts she needed were *somewhere* in there. It turns out that if you export gmail contacts, it gives you the choice of either exporting only the contacts in your ‘contacts’ list or pretty much everyone that you have been in touch with. The second option was really useful!
