In the original, the heart was a lot harder to see. This one required quite a bit of post processing in GIMP.

Today’s Gratitude Item: That it is easy to ‘dob students in’ for using FaceBook if they are under age. Some of my 7th graders are not too bright and one of them sent me a friend request. I checked her age and then reported her profile. As teachers we are not allowed to ‘friend’ our students for very good reasons (aside from the fact that it is creepy, it is not safe and things could go badly wrong all round).
