Today’s Gratitude Item: eTV – it’s a service available to schools in New Zealand at a relatively low price where television has been recorded and indexed. It is very easy to find material that has been shown on television, grab the bit one needs and share a link with students. I normally don’t need to show bits of TV to my classes but a week ago ‘Gadget Man’ had a five minute piece where they tested the usability of two smart phones and this is very similar to what we get the kids to do when they learn about Usability. I now have the snippet safely saved for when we get to that topic.
