Today’s Gratitude Item: Not having to go to school tomorrow (again). Have another ‘Professional Development’ day and am looking forward to it. Turns out tomorrow is a ‘half day’ as there is a ‘paid union meeting’ so I only had to set work for one class. Am not part of the Union mostly because I disagree with their philosophy and they have too many boring meetings. They also spend a lot of time complaining and being really negative. I know Unions have their place, and am simply grateful that belonging to a Union is not mandatory.
