Today’s Gratitude Item: That the email I sent out on Friday urging some of my students to return and finish work may well be effective. Said email was sent to both students and their parents. So far, I’ve received an encouraging number of positive responses (along the lines of “thank you” from parents and “we’ll be there on Monday” from the kids).
