Today’s Gratitude Item: That my laptop battery lasted the distance during junior athletics today. I got to record student names and times and doing this electronically was much quicker and easier than trying to write down everything by hand. One of the nice things about Excel is that once a student name was in there, it was easy to enter the name when it came up again. This was brilliant because a large number of the participants were quite sporty and they appeared several times in the spreadsheet.
