As far as photos go, this one is the poster child for “cliché”. Having said that, it makes me happy and I’ve always wanted my very own “Rainbow Umbrella” photo.

Today’s Gratitude Item: That my mum helped me to put together the gift presentation that I mentioned yesterday. It’s looking really good and it would not have happened without her. Using newspaper wrapped in coloured serviettes to give the thing the required ‘height’ and bulk was a stroke of genius and it is now very presentable (pun fully intended).
