Today’s Gratitude Item: Poetic justice. I’ve been having trouble with a client (soon to be ex-client) who has been slow in paying their bills. In order to ensure payment, I’ve been holding on to some information they need and they have been, understandably keen to get this released. Unfortunately, they seem to make quite a few mistakes, the latest of which is copying their new web designer into their response to my latest request for payment. It made me laugh as now the “new guys” get to see that the client they just landed is slow to pay up. Some people really should go easy on the Cc button. Apparently payment will be forthcoming in the near future.
