Saw it, liked it, scaled it up to make it large 🙂

Today’s Gratitude Item: Learning how to make modelling chocolate. Well, sort of learning – It turns out that if you add corn syrup to chocolate in the correct proportions, it becomes a bit like clay on cooling and can, theoretically be moulded into a range of shapes. According to the internet, if one does not have corn syrup, then golden syrup can be used in its place. Seen as I did not have any golden syrup handy, used honey instead and used the modelling chocolate I made to decorate some chocolate cup-cakes. It worked but my “clay” got soft too easily and then tended to stick a fair bit. Now would probably be a good time to scour youtube in the hope of finding a demonstration.
