Today’s Gratitude Item: Help wrapping “prizes” for my students. Tomorrow is the last day of school and the plan is to bribe them to complete a particular worksheet. The deal is as follows – play math games on laptop (no prize) or complete worksheet (one prize for each side). We will “settle up” at the end of the period so students only get to see what exactly the prize is after they have done the work. I would not have been able to wrap the prizes without help as it was a time consuming exercise and time is one thing in short supply right now.
