Today was the last day at my “old” school (the new job starts in February after the vacation). Below *was* my first ever youtube video which was created because farewell speeches are not my thing. Even my colleagues not featured in the video seemed to enjoy it.

The video featured a series of wallpaper images with my colleague’s silhouettes and a custom quote. Said wallpapers featured in the video will appear on this blog in due course.

Today’s Gratitude Item: Finding out that many of my 7th graders were sad that I was leaving. Apparently I managed to make a positive impact on them – which is sort of the point of being a teacher. That and getting really good quality chocolates when I was officially fare welled in assembly this morning (no speech required).
