The quotation made me smile.

Today’s Gratitude Item: That my dad’s colonoscopy came back clear (was incredibly worried about this – long story) and that I have a “pre-interview” for a job for next year tomorrow. I’ve been looking for “something” for next year and until this morning, had been sending out applications left, right and center with no joy. I reworked my CV and decided to road test it late last week. Within 24 hours of sending the CV through, I got a call. This is just another step in what is turning out to be a lengthy journey but its further than I was before and I’m both grateful and hopeful at the same time.
