This is what “lonely” looks like.

Today’s Gratitude Item: Lets just say that one word you don’t want to hear in the Science lab is “fire”. Happily one of my students had the presence of mind to turn off the gas tank and hand me the large bucket of sand kept in the lab for times such as this. Said fire was extinguished quickly and the only casualty was a pencil case. Hopefully this was a “once in a lifetime” event! At least no one can claim that my Science class is boring.
