Today’s Gratitude Item: That this year’s “post Purim spice buns” (basically hot cross buns with a star of David instead of the traditional cross) were more successful than last year’s efforts. I used a completely different recipe and whilst they were nightmarish to make, they taste good and the feedback was really positive and encouraging.
