What if the guy quoted below is completely wrong and we are not some grand cosmic accident?

Today’s Gratitude Item: Being able to borrow my dad’s cellphone so that I could verify my FB account. I’m a reluctant FB’er and am really only there so that I can support my clients who have pages and are trying to get unique URL’s. I can see how it is possible to waste vast amounts of time on that page doing very little of value.
