Today’s Gratitude Item: That the “conservation games” we played in Biology were a success. It was nice to get the students to do something a bit less structured than our usual lesson and they appeared to learn a lot. Although hearing one student describe a “niche” as something that “sounds French that rhymes with quiche” was rather unexpected.
