It’s amazing what one can do with some pink, fractal, plastic.

Today’s Gratitude Item: Returning ‘Punished by Rewards‘ to the library.  I got 56% of the way through and packed it in with relief.  Whilst the book made some outstanding, valuable points, it was repetitive and of limited practical use.  Halfway through was the ‘end’ of the book.  This was followed by two ‘afterwords’ (which I read) and then a bunch of appendices which were painful (and tedious).  When one is relieved to put a book aside, it should give the author pause.
