Maybe this one should have been called ‘Leather Ocean’.

Today’s Gratitude Item: An easy day. We had ‘compulsory’ cross country which meant that roughly one third of my senior students voted with their feet and stayed home. It also meant not having to teach my ‘intense’ 7th grade Math class last period. All in all I’m counting this one as a win.
