Today’s Gratitude Item: Figuring out how to make bagels look good, even if they are not being covered with sesame seeds. Normally sesame seeds are part of the ‘deal’ and they cover a multitude of sins. This time around, some ‘seedless’ bagels were required which meant figuring out a way to ensure that said bagels looked ‘pretty’.
