As is so often the case, exploring an ‘old’ variation resulted in something rather ‘new’.

Today’s Gratitude Item: Getting a new popcorn maker. The old one was starting to have ‘issues’ so a new machine was in order. Happily the new model works slightly differently and when I trialed it, the ‘pop rate’ was a surprising improvement on the old machine.
