Today’s Gratitude Item: Not having to wait in line for coffee. My colleagues (who teach ‘hospitality’ and are in the process of the wonderful ‘coffee’ topic) know me well enough that on the days when they sell coffee, they have my order hot and ready at the start of morning tea so that I don’t need to wait in line. That’s what I call great service 🙂
