Something a bit different. Basically it was shiny and I like shiny things – so it got rendered.

Today’s Gratitude Item: A ‘new’ bagel recipe where we use yeast instead of ‘superbake’ (which is yeast mixed with other stuff). Using ‘straight’ yeast is faster and the taste / texture of said bagels if far superior to the ‘old’ way.
