Today’s Gratitude Item: That my computer is ‘sort of’ working again. Was having problems with a slow start up (which began after a windows update) and a system restore made it worse! Ended up having to ‘refresh’ windows 8 which means I have the joys of having to re-install most of the software I use. It will be interesting to see if the ‘fix’ worked. Perhaps the only good thing about this mess is that the computer is quite new and *hopefully* still under guarantee / warranty.
