I’m not too sure about the colours on this one – they seem a bit ‘washed out’.

Today’s Gratitude Item: This one is a bit mixed. It rained today so cross country was cancelled and my much anticipated free coffee did not eventuate. On the plus side, the event has been rescheduled for Friday and I won’t be at school which means not having to cope with further disruption. I’ve left work for my students and they all know what they need to do and when it needs to be done by. Interestingly, senior management decided to make Cross Country ‘compulsory’ for all students (the kids could choose to walk it if they wanted to, so running the course was not a requirement). Sounds good? Not so much – the kids voted with their feet on this one and stayed away in droves. It made for very quiet classes today which was a nice change.
