Today’s Gratitude Item: A cheese cloth bag. Said bag was simply brilliant for getting the excess moisture our of a rather large amount of re-heated chopped spinach. The spinach was needed for a special bread (the drier the better). I used to struggle to drain the spinach with a sieve, spoon and a lot of time / pressure. Being able to put it in a bag and literally wring out the excess water was both quick and painless.
