Today’s Gratitude Item: Discovering that if you put bread dough in the fridge, it still rises and in my case was easier to work with compared with leaving it covered on the bench. You learn something new everyday. I’d thought that putting the dough in the fridge would slow down the rising but for some weird reason that did not happen.
