Tisha B’Av 5770

Tisha B’Av is traditionally the saddest day in the Jewish calendar. This image is an edited wordle of Lamentations – the book which is read out on Tisha B’Av. The intent of the image is to show hope in the midst of mourning and tragedy.

Today’s Gratitude Item: Having my “good” camera at school. I took it in last Friday and forgot to bring it home. Turns out that was for the best as I needed it to get photos of my home room students for our year book page. Even better, I got the class captain to go around and take the photos which worked really well.
