Today’s Gratitude Item: Tasty cheese. Or at least, the “cheese guy” who was featured on national radio some time ago. The question he gets asks the most is “how does one get a tasty cheese?” – turns out most of the “ready to buy” cheeses are rather bland. If you want something that tastes quite strong, what you do is buy regular cheese and then let it sit in the fridge for a good long while (6 months to a year). Then you get to eat it! I have some Parmesan sitting in the fridge which is “ready” 🙂
