Tu B’shvat 5769

Tu B’shvat is the Jewish New Year for trees. That makes it an excellent time to reflect on the value of trees and the amazing array of products that come from them. We’ve all heard the phrase "money does not grow on trees". Turns out that it *sort of* does. Sometimes, it just needs a bit of work to reap the rewards.
