Just the right surface for walking one’s dog. When it comes to some dogs, its hard to tell if the human is walking the dog or if the dog is walking its human.

Today’s Gratitude Item: One of my students remembered to bring in some old “Economist” magazines for me – this is a good thing. I’m looking for misleading graphs to show my one group of students and was hoping that the “Economist” would provide some examples. Of course life being life, the “Economist” is the wrong place to look for misleading graphs – so the search continues.
