Hope is the cruelest of all emotions. Gone unspoken, it looks something like this (that’s my story and I’m sticking with it).

Today’s Gratitude Item: Getting a new desktop computer. At least, ordering a new desktop that will be shipped within 8 – 10 working days. My brother was invaluable in advising me on getting the best deal for my needs and Dell allowed me to customise / order a machine. They were super helpful and their service was outstanding! Best advice is to phone them and order over the phone if you can’t get exactly what you need through their online customisation process. Way to go Dell! You guys “rock”.
