The bits on the side reminded me of wings – only they have discs in them. Definitely one for the ‘interesting’ pile.

Today’s Gratitude Item: A really thoughtful gift from one of my senior students (it was their last teaching day today). Let’s just say coffee and a rubber duck were involved (which makes sense if one knows about rubber duck debugging).
