Today’s Gratitude Item: Finally getting our landline back in working order after Orcon screwed up the change of ownership. Actually get the change of ownership done was a nightmare that took far longer than it should have and was only successfully achieved after contacting Orcon multiple times and having three phone conversations (totaling over 140 minutes) with their staff. Yikes! If I had to do this again, I’d definitely change providers.
