Today’s Gratitude Item: Finally figuring out how to write a regular expression that validates most email addresses correctly. This was an for an exercise related to ‘Formal Languages’ (there are much easier ways of validating email addresses) and it was a fun learning curve. It was necessary as my students will be doing something similar in class next week.
