Today’s Gratitude Item: Finally finishing a series of interactive .pdf’s / screen casts to teach my students how to use Open Office base. The most challenging / frustrating part of this process was figuring out how to make Base calculate an average for grouped data. Let’s just say the process was more complicated than it should have been and the ‘help’ was not all that helpful. This really is a case of getting what you pay for (Base is free).
