Today’s Gratitude Item: A late afternoon ‘power nap’ – I should have gone for a long walk but was utterly exhausted. So much so that I did not even feel guilty for napping! Am feeling a lot better now but am still over-worked and need to start saying ‘no’ to things which are not all that important.
