Dream Singer

This one is dedicated to the gentleman who chanted Haftorah in synagogue two weeks ago.

Said gentleman did a good job and I felt a little sad for him because most people did not appear to be particularly attentive. I had read the passage in English and simply closed my eyes and relaxed during his rendition. His voice was oddly soothing and is the inspiration for the name of this fractal.

Today’s Gratitude Item: Many wonderful things have happened since Friday afternoon and I am grateful for all of them. I am most grateful for meals around the dinner table where everyone laughs, tells jokes / stories and generally has a good time.

Very nice ‘dreamlike’ image, and story to accompany it.

Jenni, I can’t quite put my finger on it, perhaps it’s the two colors blending into one, perhaps it’s the sense of turmoil and uncertainty I see in the movements of each the blue and the purple as they wonder what the other is thinking. Who knows.

But I do know this: I absolutely love this image. I feel a story in this one, I feel motion and emotion and love and fear and doubt and worry and prayer. I feel something deeply universal. As always, excellent work. Thanks so much for sharing your gifts with all of us. Have a great weekend. 🙂
