Today’s Gratitude Item: Fresh guacamole salad. Take one ripe avocardo, cut it in half, mash with a hint of pepper, some salt and a splash of vinegar. Spread over warm French bread. The perfect meal for one. Keep other half of avo for a “rerun” tomorrow.
