I am always amazed at how much even a small amount of tweaking can change an image. The small image (bottom right) is the initial image generated in Apophysis. The large “rainbow shell” is the result of some tweaking and a gradient change. Often the changes from start to finish are even more dramatic than in this example.

Today’s Gratitude Item: I am grateful for the fact that I filled up with petrol this morning before all the fuel companies raised the price by 3c per litre. The little things do matter and beating the price hike made a nice change.
